Large Construction Company seeking a Sr. Sales HVAC Mechanical Estimator.

The ideal candidate will have commercial HVAC and plumbing estimating experience.

We specialize in comprehensive HVAC and plumbing construction service

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Seek out new customer relationships and manage existing relationships with a high level of trust and care.
• Organize and maintain accurate project documentation for easy reference.
• Cultivate positive client relationships by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership, management, operational, and accounting staff to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, mechanical engineering or a related field or equivalent.
• 7+ years experience in sales with at least 3 years in HVAC/Plumbing service sales.
• Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Procore and Sage.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
