Must-Haves:

1 – Bachelor’s degree in human resources

2 – 10+ years of human resources experience in a leadership role.

3 – Union experience required.

Nice-To-Haves:

1 – SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred.

2 -Experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment.

3 – Master’s degree preferred.
