Job Description:
The Staff – Revenue/Technical Accountant is a key collaborator in the execution of daily and monthly operations of revenue accounting and reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and corporate policies.
The role will also be expected to assist with technical accounting, implementing revenue process improvements, and assisting with various aspects of the billing/revenue systems.
The Staff – Revenue Accountant also assists with month-end reporting and the year-end audit.
This is a hybrid role in our Chicago office.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
1+ year of experience in Accounting
Experience in a Big 4 public accounting firm is a plus. Strong knowledge of US GAAP; experience handling complex accounting matters and demonstrating competency in US GAAP, current accounting regulations and internal controls
In pursuit of or possessing a CPA license is a plus
Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Intacct is a plus
