IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Candidates must have maintenance and leadership experience – this should be industrial maintenance, ideally in heavy manufacturing. Residential or commercial facility maintenance is not a fit. 

Schedule for these positions are 12-hour shifts, 4 days on 4 days off, and they rotate from days to nights every 2-3 months. 

We have multiple openings in our various departments in our Davenport Works rolling mill facility (which is in Bettendorf, Iowa).

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) from an accredited institution 
• 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience 
• 2 years of supervisory experience with direct reports
• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Mechanical background is a plus.
• Experience in a union environment is a plus.
