We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our multi-family construction operations. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of construction sites while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of our construction projects, including:
- Project Lifecycle Management: Overseeing cost-effectiveness, job set-up, the construction phase, and the project close-out phase.
- Team Leadership: Managing the project team and acting as a customer sponsor as needed.
- Site Operations: Ensuring daily operations run smoothly and meet organizational standards.
Supervisory Responsibilities
You will be directly responsible for the project team. Your supervisory duties include:
- Training team members and planning, assigning, and directing their work.
- Appraising performance, rewarding or disciplining employees, and addressing complaints to resolve problems.
- Ensuring all supervisory actions align with company policies and applicable laws.
