We have two Process Engineer openings- one is in Spartanburg, SC the second opening is in Winder, GA.
The Winder, GA Process Engineer II will require travel the first 6 months of the role. The site is in the process of starting a new blowing wool manufacturing line in 2027 and this process engineer will be traveling to other plants that already have that line. Once the line is up and running, they will not be traveling.
Job Description
The Process Engineer plays a critical leadership role in the expansion of a growing manufacturing facility. This position serves as the primary technical and operational liaison between project teams and plant operations during the introduction of a new major production asset and then transitions into full process ownership once operational.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
3 years of in industrial continuous process manufacturing (process engineering), plus hands‑on troubleshooting experience
Experience with process control architecture and tuning
Six Sigma or structured problem‑solving methodology experience
Background supporting equipment startups or major capital projects
