1- Have you directly worked with automotive suppliers to manage JIT/JIS deliveries, resolve delivery or quality issues, and ensure uninterrupted production support?
2- Have you led cross-functional teams involving logistics, production, planning, and suppliers to implement logistics processes, material flow improvements, or change management initiatives?
3- Do you have at least 8 years of experience managing JIT/JIS logistics, supply chain, or material flow operations within an automotive manufacturing environment?
Ideal Candidate:
Hands on with Logistics JIS at an OEM
8 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or JIT/JIS process management within the automotive industry preferred
Experience and knowledge of VDA, ISO and other standards and regulations for the automotive industry. Experience in performing process AUDITs is required.
Strong understanding of Change Management principles, including steering and evaluating Change requests, and their application in automotive environments.
Experience with route optimization and traffic management tools/software (e.g., TMS, WMS), JIS logistics, and/or material flow planning

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management
8 years supply chain management, logistics, or JIT/JIS process within the automotive industry preferred
Experience with VDA, ISO and other standards and regulations for the automotive industry.
Experience in performing process AUDITs is required.
