1. Where do I find Job Numbers?

All Job 's located on TOP of every job description, with unique Job #. Must send Job's requested by email to get Client Details. FYI>  Only 2 recruiters are allowed work same job at same time - this ensures fair opportunity for fast placements. ***

2. Are there any upfront costs or fees?

No—UCN is 100% free. Never pay anything. UCN pays you $$ for successful placements you never pay us…!

3. How do I receive the Client details?

Email the Job's and Request the Client Details. You will receive the > Client Name / Location / Industry / Salary /

4. Will I know the Hiring Manager?

Yes. Once candidate is selected for Interview the HM name will be provided.

5. Can I share the client's name with candidates?

Yes - this is required. Yes - disclose the client's name & get their permission to submit to Client.
FYI - Never allow candidate to Apply directly to the client.
         If they apply directly, neither you nor UCN will receive payment.

6. How do I confirm if a job is still open?

Check the website first. If the job is listed on the website → it is open. If it’s gone → either it’s filled or already has 2 recruiters assigned.

7. How do I submit candidates?

Do NOT upload your candidates to the Website Portal. Email all candidates directly to your account manager. Include in the Subject Line > Job # (+) Candidate Name (+) Job Title
Add candidate write-up in the email body.

8. What should I include in submissions?

Resume (CV) Candidate write-up No additional documents are required.

9. Who owns the candidate?

You have 100% ownership of the candidates you submit. Email submissions create a timestamp for tracking. You are responsible for tracking and following up on your candidates.

10. Will UCN provide me with an email address?

No. You are an independent recruiter. You represent your own company/brand.

11. When and how do I get paid?

Clients have a 60-day guarantee period. UCN is paid on Day 61. You are paid on Day 62 via wire transfer.

12. Do you provide job boards?

Not initially. You must first demonstrate your ability to source candidates and follow process. Once proven, UCN may provide tools such as job boards and additional resources.

13. Can UCN help me build my own Recruiting Company?
